Join us for our first in-person Chapter event in more than a year! At this meeting we will welcome Mike Twitty, Pinellas County Property Appraiser as he updates us on the current climate of property values and the economic impact of COVID-19. This luncheon is worth 1 CPE. 

Since this is the Annual Chapter Meeting, we will also include the election of board members for the 2021-2022 year. Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and the related restrictions and impacts on local governments and our membership, the manner in which business and events were conducted for the chapter have substantially changed. As such, the board calls for a vote to allow for the current board remain in place for the upcoming 2021-2022 year which is consistent with other FGFOA chapters in the State of Florida for this time period. In order to conduct the election, we need a quorum of 40 members present.  We hope you can join us!
